Customer's reviews
I recently hired Rezel Cleaning Services for carpet cleaning, and I’m thoroughly impressed with the results. From the start, their team was punctual, professional, and well-prepared. They explained the entire process clearly and addressed a few concerns I had about old stains and pet odors.
The actual cleaning was top-notch — they used professional-grade equipment, and within a couple of hours, my carpets looked almost brand new. Even high-traffic areas and stubborn spots were noticeably improved. The drying time was also faster than expected, which was a big plus.
What I appreciated most was their attention to detail and friendly customer service. They followed up afterward to ensure I was satisfied, which shows great commitment to quality.
Overall, I highly recommend Rezel Cleaning Services for anyone needing reliable and thorough carpet cleaning. They’ve definitely earned a repeat customer.

I recently hired Rezel cleaning services to clean the carpets in my home, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results! From start to finish, their service was professional, efficient, and incredibly thorough.
Booking the appointment was easy, and they were flexible with scheduling. The technician arrived right on time, was courteous, and took the time to explain the process before getting started. They paid close attention to detail, especially with high-traffic areas and stubborn stains I thought would never come out.
By the time they were done, my carpets looked (and smelled) like new! The drying time was quicker than expected, and there were no chemical odors—just fresh, clean floors. I also appreciated how respectful they were of my home, taking extra care not to track in dirt or leave any mess behind.
Overall, Rezel cleaning services exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch carpet cleaning services. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future!
